Content
Many people struggle to concentrate for more than a few minutes at a time, especially in fast-paced work environments filled with distractions. In this workshop, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how focus works and how to strengthen it.
We’ll begin by exploring what deep focus feels like and looking at the concept of flow, along with the different types of focus. You’ll then reflect on your own internal and external distractions and learn strategies to reduce their impact. In the final part of the session, you’ll receive 12 actionable tips to help you work smarter instead of harder.
By the end, you’ll walk away with greater clarity about how to improve your focus and create better conditions for productive, meaningful work.
