Content
Many people feel unclear about where they’re heading or how to structure their time meaningfully — especially in demanding work environments where everything feels urgent. This workshop helps you reconnect with your deeper sense of direction and translate it into concrete, achievable goals.
You’ll begin by creating a personal vision of what a fulfilling future could look like — not only in your career, but also in your life more broadly. From there, you’ll explore what steps might bring you closer to that future, anticipate possible obstacles, and turn your ideas into specific, realistic goals. Along the way, you’ll learn what makes goals effective and how to structure them in a way that actually supports motivation and follow-through.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with more clarity, a stronger sense of purpose, and practical tools to help you move forward with focus and intention.
