Procrastination is the act of delaying what we know we should do. Nearly half of all graduate students report that they always or almost always postpone writing their papers. In the broader workforce, 88% admit to procrastinating at least one hour each day. Although most of us are aware of the stress and frustration it causes, we keep doing it. So why? And more importantly: how can we break the cycle?
In this Shortcut Session, you’ll explore the roots of procrastination and discover practical tools to manage it more effectively.
The Productivity Shortcut Sessions are short, interactive webinars designed to boost your productivity and help you work with more focus and motivation. Each session tackles one key topic – procrastination, goals & focus– and offers science-based techniques you can apply immediately. You’re welcome to attend one, two, or all three sessions. Please note that separate registration is required for each webinar.
