A workshop for scientists at WU who teach and want to enhance and enrich their teaching experience through the active use of body language.

As Paul Watzlawick once said, "One cannot not communicate." Today, current understanding underlines the importance of sending the right message not only by sharing content but also by engaging in well-directed body language.

In this workshop, you will learn about the basics of body language and voice work. You will receive a large toolbox, enabling you to design lively and authentic teaching sessions, successfully lead conversations, and make your day-to-day teaching easier. You will learn to optimize your body language, use your voice in an ideal way, and convey your content convincingly. This way, you can manage your physical and vocal resources deliberately, even during long teaching sessions, and maintain the attention of your students.
