Beschreibung

Take a break and allow yourself to strengthen your resilience. You may be new to methods based on mindfulness, mental training and breathwork or already have attended an earlier workshop with Martina Esberger-Chowdhury. Either way, this half-day workshop is a good opportunity to reset your body, mind and emotional landscape and refresh and deepen what you might have already learned.

Content & Goals

  • Get in touch with methods based on mindfulness, mental training and breathwork.
  • Enable a bouncing back in times of stress and general overwhelm using core principles of mental training and mindfulness. 
  • Dip into the basics of mindfulness or refresh methods and techniques learnt in a previous workshop held by Martina Esberger-Chowdhury. 

Please note: The workshop will take place in English. Participants should have an English level of at least B1. However, “perfect English” is not necessary, as the workshop is mostly experiential.
