In this workshop, we focus on strategic decisions you can make throughout your junior or senior postdoc time to foster your scientific career and develop as an independent researcher.
We talk about the skills needed to succeed in academia, and reflect which areas of personal development you could train more.
We work on branding yourself in your scientific field and analyze how the results of your academic work, your practice, teaching and personal skills, can be shown in your CV and your scientific community.
Furthermore we will look at your work-life balance and develop suitable stress minimizing techniques and time management tools.
