Beschreibung

Everyone has an idea of introverted and extroverted characteristics - the distinction is part of almost every personality tool. However, what these characteristics actually mean for interaction are often seen as a mystery. Introverts and extroverts show clear differences in the way they communicate. In professional contexts, both characteristics are associated with their own strengths, but also with particular preferences and needs.

Networking (small talk, initiating contacts, proactively approaching professional contacts) is a good example. Connecting with others is most successful and smooth when we make, enjoy and maintain contacts according to our individual personality type.

Goals

This workshop supports you in building up your own network. It helps

- identify your personal strengths and needs and

- overcome specific hurdles and "stress points" associated with your personality type.

After the workshop, you will be able to apply what you have learned to professional (and private) situations.

You will find it easier to deal with your contact partners and to deliberately address persons. Also, you will be able to adapt your own communication style and strategies so that you feel comfortable, authentic - and successful!
