Target Group

WU faculty and staff with a level of German of C1 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) who would like to practice, refresh and deepen their German skills on a regular basis.
You can find a guideline for self-evaluation here.

Goals

Improvement in all four language skills (reading, listening, speaking, writing).

• Communication in different work and life situations with a focus on the participants’ individual needs and interests
• Supportive grammar

On Mondays, 3.30 pm - 5.30 pm
 

The webinar will be held via Zoom. All participants will receive the access link with our reminder e-mail one week before the workshop. For information on using Zoom click here.

If you are interested in learning German, but this workshop does not suite your level or your schedule, you may as well attend German courses at external language schools or at the WU Business Language Center.
There is the possibility to request support from the Personnel Development Office and your organizational unit, for more information please visit our website.

 

Fees and Registration

This workshop is open to a limited number of participants. The registration deadline is 5 April 2021.

Please note that you should notify us before the registration deadline if you are unable to attend the workshop. Otherwise the full fee will be charged. Please let the Personnel Development and Planning Office know if you will not be attending. There are often waiting lists for the workshops, and this will give one of your colleagues the chance to attend. In addition, if we can fill the vacancy with someone from the waiting list, no cancellation charges will apply for you.
