Your best sides
Be more confident and self-reliant at work!
Solid self-confidence and self-reliant appearance are essential success factors in professional life and enable us to make the most of our personal potential. Moreover, self-confidence and high self-esteem often correspond with more overall contentment and higher stress tolerance. Not surprisingly, meters of bookshelves could be filled with advice literature.
However, while many authors focus on body language, rhetoric or presentation skills, self-confidence and self-reliance are mostly developed and strengthened from within. They are closely interconnected with your attitudes, the awareness of your capabilities and special qualities as well as a benevolent evaluation of your personal potential − and of what may remain out of reach.
These three points are exactly what we will focus on during this workshop. Let’s jointly examine your best sides! Let’s explore strategies to boost your self-esteem! Let’s overcome mental hurdles which have hindered you from becoming the best version of yourself!
